oh, it's nobody has what we have nobody has the man corporate in the mountain expedient that their mind and brings in on table i don't think anybody abroad their programs almost on this is because we speak to the corporate we asked them more their wanting to have today.So what they would want to have to moral. I suggest and recommend for all the students as well as faculty for our college from other departments as well as other colleges also. Definitely i would recommend Rareminds and i would recommend to a few other colleges. In-fact we need to look once for industry people, it will be challenging and difficult to focus and Rareminds is helping us as a extension of our college.

The faculties of Rareminds are wonderful because whenever we ask questions to them and otherwise whatever they say to the students has taken a new edge of the industry what is their availability in the industry and the same thing is transported to the students as well as the faculty members, so that it makes the students can think what can do in the industry, it helped a lot to the students because bit by bit they explain everything to the students.

Other programs which i have seen it is basically you know some one comes on the stage and speaks with their PPT's. They make the section very interactive, they make the people, the participants get involved in various activities and that's the reason why we thought okay this would be better way to learn concepts.

Suggestion means more than can give about the more industry already they
are giving. So if some internships or projects, if they give small projects while
doing the presentation really helps to the students. So early we from the
college we have to identify the industries with some reference contact. We is
to do industry visits now they are coming with the plan where they do conduct
the industry visits. So they will be giving a training in the industry’s along with
the machines and their equipment so this is what is been planned from them.
Where all the training and all the visiting faculty & professors over there, who
are going to deliver a lecturer speech on the production will be from the
industry. The similar program’s can be arranged at the different level like
assistant professors, associate professors and professors, students can also be
make to participate depending upon the appropriate correction for the
contents to be delivered. There should be more domains specific. When we are
addressing the technical faculty more technical orientation should be there. I
feel that gap has to be filled looking at the profile of the audience.

Students will be benefited to know what's happening in the industry what are the thing happening to be updated in the academics. So that where is the gap exactly and what are the courses they have to learn and what are the skill industries looking for, so in the students were thought by rareminds people and many other speakers from the industry and it was very much useful both for the faculties and students.

What we need is a result for the students to get placed what they look into the CGPA or results, so that has been proven. Apart from that we have almost about 30% of our total staff or the supporting staff i.e., accounts department they were not aware of the latest computer applications. We did a one week program we requested Rareminds people to conduct a program especially for our supporting staff. They were well with that and it will be easy for the faculty & heads of the department to get the data immediately because they are aware of the computer knowledge.

We understand that they are specialist in the data analysis. Which will be important to the students over and above the curriculum. Therefore why not invite them to our institution, so that they could give a training to our students were MBA programs & other programs. we did invited them they had conducted a couple of programs in our institutions and form that specially MBA program which were not there in the curriculum. Rareminds people thought them because of that it is a proven technology that the results are about 99% from the examinations which were held recently.

Results what we got is the much more than the expectation we wish them good luck all the best. Let the other institutions and the student community and other community be benefited from this applications.
We would like that Rareminds to continue doing the good job they have been doing wonderful job and we wish to see them to this same thing in future and so that many other students at the comity of the students get benefited of it.

1. FDP program for UG Faculties.
2. Students development program for 2nd & 4th semester students of MBA.
3. FTP program in association with MBA department & IIM department at Doctor AIT.
The program was informative and interactive as it explained about the current scenarios in the Industry.

At the college level, 1/10th which we have done it for MBA department students training and other one is we have taken a training from Rareminds technical staff and supporting staff on campus which actually they trained on the advanced excel tool which really has helped all our technical and supporting staff wonderfully.

Industry 4 is a revolution in industry the 4th phase revolution it is a prerequisite for faculty's to get trained towards education how we should train educate ask students to be ready for industry so with that intention we had to find people who can deliver speech on this topic so it will be very difficult for us to locate industry people In and around or away from Bangalore and gets their dates and schedule it properly they should be Linked accordingly so this was a greatest challenge for us so I could find all this things with one contact with rare minds people they are ready for any challenge.

Since i have been the coordinator, I select a Rareminds people because of their ability and enthusiasm and their interest towards making educating people around and public, students as well as faculties regarding the new trends in technology and management and what not in any field we look into. They are ready for that when ever we need any changes which schedule or any flexibility regarding their frequent changes in speakers or any other program. So they were with us.

So far we did industry 4 from rare minds and this 4.0 really has helped a lot because the new technology its a industry revolution it has stared actually in 2013 in entire world ,firstly in Germany these things they are bought to students by step by step how the industry 4.0 as well existed and what it is giving to students as well as the faculty about the , also it is called as iiot(full form) really it gives a lot of information for the manufacturing field as well as the supply chain products to the students because when they go to industry immediately the new word they hear supply chain management and iiot is a new thing to them so this has helped the students really from the faculty of rare minds to update the knowledge of the as well as the faculty, so that the faculty can inculcate our students to learn about the industrial 4 so this particular topic ,like that we have taken some other topic also already we have, personality development like that students so this helped the students for their employment

We choose this because it helps the student as well as the commitments of the Rareminds, how it helps the society and also bringing the new technology to the students which updates their knowledge which will be ready for industries when they go for employment. so here in the final year for our students we will be having interviews here and also companies will also come for placements.

We wanted to develop managers who are more effective, who can work with latest technology. Our students liked her the way she connects with them and they found her demonstration quite engaging.

The changes that we are trying to bring about is by applied learning and by applied learning we enable our students to be future ready.
